- Adds Vehicle Raycast support (port of btRaycastVehicle.cpp/.h).
- Fixes several bugs with the Compound collider, and other issues which affected the RaycastVehicle

NB. Due to an apparent raycast bug, the raycast vehicle does not work on rotated boxes.

Patch should be applied in this directory: BulletX\Source\XnaDevRu.BulletX

Content Builder Logger throws an exception on my machine because the forms Text box is modified on another thread which is disallowed. This simply patches the Logger to use Invoke if required, using pretty much the example from MSDN help.
