Could anyone help? WPF Matrix3D VS XNA Matrix

I barge up against a trouble when detecting contacts with a cone and box.
i just only rotate the cone around +X axis at point (0,0,0) in WPF Matrix3D,it work well.

However,when i rotate cone around +X axis at point (0,0,0), then around +Z axis at point (0,0,0) in WPF Matrix3D, and directly set it to XNA matrix as collision's worldMatrix, it doesn't work. why?

is there something defference bwtween WPF Matrix3D and XNA matrix?
How can i construct BulletX worldmatrix?
