Improve Speed Drastically

I found that in XnaDevRu.BulletX.Dynamics.SequentialImpulseConstraintSolver that a WriteLine was slowing down the entire program. If you take this line out the physics run way faster. It's on line 522 of Dynamics/ConstraintSolver/SequentialImpulseConstraintSolver.cs. I hope this helps!

Wow... I was getting down to the 20-30 fps range when all objects were active (in the ccd demo). Now, never below 50.
